Supervision
OAP supervision is all about organized support and guidance to professionals working in the Ontario Autism Program, focusing on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) core services. The aim is to boost the skills and knowledge of practitioners so they can provide effective help to individuals with autism. On the flip side, BACB supervision is the mentorship and guidance needed for those looking to get certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Kris Bissell offers solid supervision that meets the standards of both the OAP and BACB, helping future behaviour analysts sharpen their skills ABA.
